# Brand My Bike terms draft

> Launch-draft terms only. Production mechanics exist but remain disabled until operator, legal, tax and settlement gates are approved.

Verified organisations bid on finite physical areas of one exact, not-yet-purchased bike. Auctions run for 3, 7 or 14 days. Each bid charges a 20% deposit (minimum €25); outbid deposits and every amount in an unfunded auction are refunded. The bike is bought only when current leading principals reach its frozen verified dealer price. Winners then owe their remaining principal, a 12% sponsor service fee, disclosed print cost and tax. The sticker term starts after approved installation and runs exactly 365 days, without mileage, reach, impression or sales guarantees. The full operator, VAT/invoicing, DAC7, refund, dispute, print and country rules require professional approval before transactions are enabled.
